25 % deposit of rent on making reservation. Balance due on arrival.

300 euros caution deposit on arrival

Rental of sheets: 5.50 euros per pair, Basket of firewood: 7 euros

The Gite is strictly NON-SMOKING

You must leave the gîte in the same condition in which you found it on arrival. If the gîte is not left clean and tidy, 60 euros of the caution deposit will be retained. A cleaning service is available for 50 euros after a weekend and 60 euros after a week.

A supplement of 50 euros is required for late arrivals between 8pm and midnight.
